A program of The Cloud Family Foundation, Level-Up Brother helps young men explore careers, strengthen life and workplace skills, and connect with mentors who care. The journey starts at the one‑day Summit and continues through our multi‑week Cohort.

What is Level-Up Brother?

Level-Up Brother is a career and leadership program for high school students. Through hands-on workshops, mentoring, and real-world exposure, participants leave with a plan and a network in their corner.

What Does Level-Up Brother Offer?

Through assessments, professional conversations, job shadowing, and guided research, participants identify strengths and map career paths aligned with their goals.

EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES

Hands-on classes and workshops covering career exploration, financial literacy, resume and interview prep, time management, wellness, and STEM to drive personal and professional growth.

MENTORING

Students are matched with experienced mentors who share insights, help set goals, build skills, provide accountability, and connect participants to opportunities.

Participants visit several universities to experience campus life, review academic programs, and learn about extracurriculars and student support resources.

Program Pathways

SUMMIT

A one‑day kickoff with speakers, hands‑on workshops, and mentorship. 

Designed to spark ideas and set next steps.

Eligible Grades: 10th, 11th and 12th

COHORT

A multi‑week, small‑group experience with mentors, skill labs, and projects. Build portfolio artifacts and an action plan.
