About the Cohort
The Level-Up Brother Cohort Program is a 10-week immersive experience designed to empower high school male students through mentorship, college and career readiness, and cultural enrichment. Participants engage in hands-on workshops, campus tours, and leadership development sessions led by industry professionals. Applications for the 2026 Cohort are now open and will close January 28, 2026 , with the program running from February to April 2026.

Career and College Preparation
Through engaging workshops, students learn how to build résumés, practice interviews, understand financial literacy, and navigate college admissions. The program equips them with critical tools and confidence to make informed decisions about their future academic and career paths.

Mentorship and Leadership Development
Students are paired with male mentors who provide guidance, support, and accountability. Leadership sessions focus on personal growth, goal setting, communication, and community impact—empowering students to step into their potential as confident and capable young leaders.

Cultural and Enrichment Experiences
Participants engage in meaningful experiences such as HBCU tours, museum visits, and leadership events. These opportunities broaden their perspective, deepen cultural awareness, and expose them to spaces that inspire pride, purpose, and a strong vision for their future.
